The Moon Rain Centre for Textile Arts in the Outaouais invites Canadian, international, experienced and young emerging textile and fibre artists to submit proposals to La triennale internationale des arts textiles en Outaouais 2013. Applications in outdoor textile art installations, workshops, exhibitions, conferences and public textile art projects will be considered.
