The Lighthouse Works, a nonprofit arts organization, is devoted to encouraging the development of artists through a fellowship program and to the restoration of the year-round cultural vitality of Fishers Island, New York.
The Lighthouse Works Fellowship Program provides visiting fellows with transportation, room and board, studio space, and a $1500 stipend. Fellowships are six weeks in length.
Artists from all disciplines are welcome to apply, but the primary areas in which we grant fellowships are visual arts, printmaking, book making, writing, and music performance/composition.
