The Winnipeg Arts Council & Winnipeg’s Public Art Program invite applications from Winnipeg artists for the community-based WITH ART & Youth WITH ART programs.
WITH ART & Youth WITH ART match artists with community groups to collaborate on projects based on community goals. Exploration and the art-making process are central to the program. Artists working in all forms such as visual, media, performing and literary arts are invited to apply.
Deadline for receipt of applications is January 16, 2015.
INFO SESSION: Have you considered applying but don’t know enough about it? Join us at a meet ‘n greet on Tuesday, November 18 at 5:30 pm at 611 Main Street (MAWA) to learn more about this community program. Artists from a variety of disciplines including music, photography, video, theatre and painting who have worked on WITH ART projects will be there, with WAC staff, to answer questions.
