CRAFTED will present unique handmade works by 50 craft artists and artisans from Manitoba and beyond, carefully selected by our CRAFTED Committee jury. All four floors of the WAG will be bustling with craft activity from displays to sales opportunities to workshops.
Submissions of original work in any craft-based medium are being invited, whether functional, decorative, or conceptual. Media may include ceramics, glass, mixed media, wood, fibre/texiles, metals/jewellery, paper and stone.
To ensure the show reflects the breadth of relationships the WAG enjoys with artisans in the community, a select number of artisans from the Nunavut Arts and Crafts Association (NACA) will be invited to participate. Thank you for your interest in this exciting inaugural event.

-your name, address, phone number, email address, and media category (ceramics, fibres, glass, metals, mixed media, paper, wood, or stone)
-six jpeg images (300dpi) of your work
-word document providing titles, media, and retail prices of your work (eg. winegoblet1.jpg, Wine Goblet, wood fired porcelain, $45 each)
-100 word artist statement
-one jpeg image representative of your display style
COST
MCC members • $100 for an 8 foot table (become a member)
non-MCC members • $130 for an 8 foot table
electrical service • $20 (limited number available)
Artisans must participate in both sale days, in the hours noted above.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Applicants will be notified of selection by June 26, 2015. Successful applicants will have until July 6, 2015 to submit payment. If payment is not received by the July 6th deadline, the space will be reassigned. Payment can be made to Winnipeg Art Gallery:

JURY
The CRAFTED Committee will serve as jurors for the selection process. Priority will be given to work that showcases excellence in technique, originality, innovation, and aesthetic.
PROMOTION
For consistent messaging, artisans will be given materials to publicize the event through their own contacts and social media connections. It is understood and agreed by the participating artisans that images and biographical information submitted with this application may be used for promotional purposes.
To offer customer convenience for CRAFTED, an ATM machine will be available on site.
