YARN STORM PROJECT
CRAFTED is partnering with Chase the Chill in Winnipeg to yarn storm or graffiti-knit part of the WAG to coincide with the event! In December, the scarves will be included in Chase the Chill’s scarf storming of Old Market Square and given to those in need. Special thanks to Wolseley Wool and Ram Wools.
ABOUT CHASE THE CHILL IN WINNIPEG
Chase the Chill in Winnipeg is a philanthropic initiative which makes scarves so those in need- regardless of income and without qualifiers – can help themselves. The endeavor combines art, charity and yarn bombing. Its mission is to celebrate the art and beauty of knitting and crocheting, to build community relationships, to generate positive interest in specific venues and, ultimately, to share with others.
