Volunteers are needed to help setting-up and taking down for CRAFTED, as well as assisting the artists with setting up their displays. Please be aware that this does involve carrying tables, chairs and lifting heavy objects .
The dates and times:
Thursday, November 5th
1:00pm – 4:30 pm : Setting up tables, chairs etc.
6:00pm – 10:00pm : Helping artists unload their work and set up their displays
Friday, November 6th
12:00pm – 4:30pm : Distributing WAG Bags to Artists
4:30pm – 9:00pm : Distributing WAG Bags to Artists
Saturday, November 7th
11:00pm – 5:00pm : Distributing WAG Bags to Artists
5:00pm – 9:00pm : Helping artists pack up their displays and load into their vehicles. Take-down, putting away tables, chairs etc. and restoring the WAG for opening the next day.
