The Manitoba Craft Council is proud to help sponser the Manitoba Fibre Festival; a delightful gathering of all things fibre related, including vendors, workshops, and demonstrations. We have a great community in this province of fibre producers, spinners, knitters, weavers, and felters, not to mention the sheep, alpacas, llamas and more. Our goal is to strengthen these connections while drawing ever more people into the wonderful world of fibre. What better reason for a gathering!
There will be 16 different workshops available in a variety of mediums and practices. These include felting, knitting, crocheting, spinning and more! There will also be over 50 vendors selling a variety of handmade goods, a great way to support local craft.
