Artist are invited to submit artwork created to reflect grief and hope during times of illness and loss. Works selected will be shown at the 26th Annual Provincial Palliative Care Conference Art Show curated by artist and palliative care nurse, Naomi Gerrard. Many forms of visual creative expression are welcome, including photo, collage, glass, drawing, sculpture, fabric, wood, music, tactile, etc.)

Please prepare a separate submission for each piece you wish to have considered, including:
A description of the piece’s dimensions, weight, and special requirements for display
A brief explanation (approximately 200 words) of how the piece reflects grief and hope
A good-quality digital image (JPEG) of the piece
