Hair Ornament/Ornements pour cheveux

Beaded pair of hair ornaments, likely from a member of Stoney Nakoda First Nation. Long panels are suspended from circular medallions. Geometric patterns are beaded in shades of blue, pink, and green. Medallions are backed with hide and have ties at the top; panels are loom beaded and unbacked.

Paire d’ornements perlés pour cheveux, provenant probablement de la première nation de Stoney Nakoda. De longues bandes sont suspendues à des médaillons circulaires. Des motifs géométriques sont perlés dans des tons de bleu, de rose et de vert. Les médaillons sont doublés de cuir et ont des attaches au sommet; les bandes sont perlées au métier et non doublées.
