Doll / Poupée

 

This mother and child doll, from Ikpiarjuk (Arctic Bay) Nunavut, was carved from wood and ivory. They are both wearing caribou clothing and sealskin boots.

Cette poupée mère et enfant, provenant d’Ikpiarjuk (Arctic Bay), au Nunavut, est sculptée dans le bois et l’ivoire. Les deux personnages portent des vêtements en cuir de caribou et des bottes en peau de phoque.
