Sheri Turner
Sheri Turner is an artist educated in Interior Design. She takes inspiration from nature, architecture and her surroundings. Drawing from familial quilting techniques and a background in design, Sheri incorporates drafting, acrylic, gouache and stitching/embroidery thread as part of her art exploration and process.
Her work explores themes of isolation, the concept of home, travel, and memory.
Sheri has been a member of C2, MAWA and Martha Street Studio for a number of years and has participated in the members’ shows as well as a few other shows.
