Stone carving of a beaver, its body pressed flat as if floating on water. Done by a member of the Ministic Sculpture Co-operative in the Island Lake region of Manitoba. The co-operative was founded in the 1970s and their work was shown at the Winnipeg Art Gallery in 1977.
