Flashback Friday :: Clear Energy

If you’ve been involved in the fine arts or craft community in Winnipeg, you’ve certainly met glass artist Jolanta Sokalska.  Her friendly and engaging spirit, her love for artists, and her passionate belief in the critical role of art in contemporary life are well known.  She’s always been an encouraging force at Manitoba Craft Council events, but I hadn’t realized how long she’s been associated with the MCC.  A look into her file in our archives gives a nice glimpse into a bit of that history…
