Artists in the Schools is a Manitoba Arts Council program specifically aimed at facilitating partnerships between professional Manitoba artists and K-12 schools in Manitoba. Artists in the Schools has a directory of over 60 professional artists who travel to schools all over Manitoba, working with teachers and students to enrich the existing arts curricula.
WHO CAN APPLY: Manitoba schools (Grades K-12)
LENGTH OF RESIDENCIES: 5 days to 10 weeks
FEES:
MAC: $750 per week per artist (plus travel & living expenses)
School: $450 per week per artist (plus GST & material costs)
