This year for Open Doors the Manitoba Craft Council and the Manitoba Crafts Museum and Library will be hosting an outdoor interactive Indigo Dye Vat demonstration with artist Katrina Craig. Join us outside the C2 Centre for Craft as we learn how to dye textiles using indigo, as well as the traditional and historical roots of Indigo dye. Bring a t-shirt, tote bag, pillow case or any cotton textile for a chance to try out this age old natural dye process!
Masks are encouraged when attending this event. The C2 Centre for Craft will also be open to the public, though masks will be required inside of the building.
