The selection process will consist of two steps:
Submission of digital images and supporting documents to be reviewed by the jury.

The jury will select pieces for inclusion in the C2 retail shop, a consignment agreement will be signed, and work will be taken into the shop inventory. Meetings will be scheduled at mutually convenient times in March-May Spring 2021. For northern or rural artists, alternative arrangements may be made on an individual basis.
Submissions will be accepted from current Manitoba Craft Council and Manitoba Crafts Museum and Library members.
Craft artists will be selected based on the artistic merit, excellence in design and form, innovation and functionality of their work (where the object has an intended function), and perceived saleability. Original work in any craft-based medium is welcome: ceramic, fibre, metal, paper, recycled material, stone, glass and wood. In addition, mixed media and interdisciplinary works that are primarily craft-based in material and/or technique are welcome. Work may be functional, decorative, or conceptual. Consumables including candles, soaps and cosmetics, and food are not eligible at this time.
