PATHWAY TO FUNDING: Craft & The Canada Council
In response to a reportedly low application rate to the Canada Council for the Arts funding programs in 2017 and 2018, the Canadian Crafts Federation/Federation canadienne des metiers d’art (CCF/FCMA) has developed a new approach to marketing and promotion of these opportunities – a video animation! Covid-19 Craft Based Financial Resources
The Canadian Crafts Federation has gathered and summarized the most recent news and relevant financial support for craft artists and organizations as the government continues to refine emergency programs to support the cultural sector. The theme of 2020 could arguably be the year of planning, pivoting, and going with the ebbs and flows.
