Intermediate Paper Marbling with Janet Carroll
Workshop Description:
This two-session workshop is for people with some previous experience in paper marbling, who are eager to expand their skills. In the first three-hour session participants can review several traditional patterns and get instruction in new ones. They can also improvise, creating their own patterns and effects on the marbling tray. In the second session they can try additional techniques, doing over-marbling or using atomizers and resist film in creating their prints. Although all supplies will be provided, participants may wish to bring special papers or tools for their own experiments..
