About the instructor – Tricia E. Brock
Tricia E Brock is a visual artist with a focus on tapestry weaving and felted sculpture. She mainly uses fibres that are waste, locally sourced, thrifted, and has a natural dye practice. Her background in fashion, design, and engagement in environmentalism inspires her to work with sustainability in textiles. Exploring heritage techniques to create contemporary work, her practice is informed by notions of home, community and the land.
