Gallery 1C03: Two-Spirit and Indigiqueer Makers Market

In conjunction with Pride Week at The University of Winnipeg, Gallery 1C03 is pleased to organize a Two-Spirit and Indigiqueer Makers Market!

 

WHO: This call is open to makers who identify as Two-Spirit or Indigiqueer, including makers who are UWinnipeg students and staff.

WHAT: All media are accepted: examples may include beadwork, embroidery, quillwork, needlecraft, quilt work, moccasins, jewelry, regalia, photographs, prints, paintings, drawings, cards, ceramics, glass, woodworking, bath and body products. Work must be of original design; it may be functional, decorative, or conceptual. No food please.

WHEN: The market will take place Tuesday, June 2, 2026, 12:00 – 5:00 pm

WHERE: The University of Winnipeg, 515 Portage Avenue
Tables will be set up on the first floor of Centennial Hall in front of Gallery 1C03 and around the corner in the Riddell Atrium (in front of the campus cafeteria).

COST: There is no table fee. Makers can choose a full table or a half table. Makers receive 100% of any sales made.
